At Boom Vintage Wholesale, we strive to provide high-quality pre-loved garments, but we understand that bulk purchases may occasionally require adjustments. We offer a 14-day return window for items that significantly differ from their grade description or arrive with undisclosed damage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.

  Review and Approval

  Our quality control team will assess your claim against our grading standards and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the criteria are met.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original condition and include the RMA slip inside the parcel to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
